Customer experience assessment’s primary purpose is to provide input on an organization’s CX efforts for recovery, improvement, and continual evolution.

An assessment can describe many aspects of this, including customer feedback ratings about service quality or product satisfaction; customer sentiment; and customer complaint rates or severity etc.

A key component of your business's success depends on how effectively you create and maintain a positive customer experience in everything you do, from sending out an invoice to providing accounting services.

As important as it is for customers to enjoy interacting with your brand, they won't stick around if service deteriorates over time or if there are continual lapses in communication between buyer and seller.
